It would
be hard in one update to relate all that has transpired and
been revealed since my last update to you, but I'll try to
give you a small taste . . .
Bible
Days Are Here Again!
Pastor
Shelley ministered to 700 Nepalese young
people at a youth camp in Gangtok, Sikkim,
which is in the northern part of India in the Himalayan Mountain
region. The "Joshua Camp" is sponsored every year by Jesus
Ministries and Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj.
About 450 received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost
and spoke in tongues. Bodies were laying on top of bodies
as the Spirit ministered to them! Pastor Shelley said that it was like the Day of
Pentecost!
Responding to an altar call for those called to
full-time ministry were around 400 young people. There
was such spiritual hunger! And many miracles took
place!
 After a 5-hour trip down the mountain
on the steep windy road and a plane ride to Chennai in southern
India, Pastor Shelley spent the next week taping 27 programs of
"The Eagle's Cry" for Bro. Sadhu's Angel TV (now
webcasting).
At the
end of taping the last program, the Presence of God was so strong that no
one could move. That wonderful anointing caused the
staff to come in and ask for prayer.
On Sunday
at the end of that week, Pastor Shelley ministered at the two
morning services of a large church there in Chennai. He
preached on "The Acceptable Year of the Lord's Favor and
Grace." He prayed a mass prayer and people
were laid out on the floor. In the second service of
about 2400 people, he called out
various conditions and miracles were
happening.
Because of the many miracles that were taking
place, he told them that when he saw them again, he wanted
them to be able to greet him by saying, "Bible days are
here again!" like they used to do in the Latter Rain
Revival. At the end, as he made his way out of the sanctuary, the
people shouted to him, "Bible days are
here again!"
Supernaturally Stepping Into Someone Else's
Dream
A few days after the "Releasing the Spirit of
Prophecy" conference last month, Pastor Shelley met with a young man
who had been to the church once before during the campmeeting last
summer. There were all kinds of things that happened
in that four-and-a-half-hour meeting in his
office.
As he was telling us about it the following
Sunday morning, a loud sound crackled in the microphone and
sparks flew. Several testified later
that they saw lightning in the
room.
I was sitting in the front row, directly in
front of the pulpit, and saw flashes of bright light coming
from the cordless microphone! The video recording
system stopped, but the audio recording system continued
working.
It was
sunny and windy outside. Possible thunderstorms were only
forecast for later in the afternoon. When I asked Pastor
Shelley about it the next day, he said that he believed it was supernatural
lightning! He had experienced it before in a
meeting in Tucson last year.
Here is
an excerpt of the testimony he shared with us (I had recorded it on
my iPod!):
There were times that the Presence
of God would move in so strong that this big, strong young
man would just bow over and weep. God was so real.
This young man is a spiritual dreamer.
God is trying to release to him some high level of the
prophetic. It’s something I’ve not been often in contact with.
And I want to tell you one quick experience that happened to
me while he was pouring out a dream.
He often has dreams that come to pass
almost immediately with such intricacy, such accuracy, such
tiny, tiny details that I was baffled, really baffled. But as
he was telling me a couple of his dreams that were somewhat similar,
something happened. The Presence of God came into the
room. Both of us felt the Lord in the room.
And all of a
sudden, I walked into his dream! I walked into
it. I absolutely, in the realm of the spirit, walked inside of
his dream and watched it unfold around me as a stranger in
his dream – so much so . . .
[Then there was that loud, crackling sound and
I could see those flashes of light at the microphone that Pastor
Shelley was speaking into!]
Wow! That’s
lightning!
[Then it happened again!]
Pshow! [slight pause, then he
continued . . .]
. . . so much so that I saw the next event before it
happened. I saw out of the corner of
my eye another person walking into this field that
he had described. I stepped out into the field on
this college campus. In some part of me, I felt the
squish of the high grass as I was walking in this dream.
Now that’s a real sensation.
Before he could say, "And another man came over
from the side," I saw the man walking. There were a
couple of times I was able to help him on what was about to
happen.
We were both weeping.
We both recognized that this was a
prophetic moment.
And I knew that this was something that I want
to operate in my life. Because in a measure, this is one of
the things that was so outstanding about the gift in Bro.
Branham’s life.
People would often come to him with a dream for
him to interpret, and he would say, "You left out something."
He would start telling them the part of their dream
that they didn’t remember and immediately they would say,
"That’s exactly right! That’s exactly what happened!"
So I realized as I was sitting there that there was something in my
spiritual senses that was being exercised.
That’s why fellowship with
God’s people is so important. Because even the sharing of a
dream, or the telling of a testimony, or the bragging of what God’s
doing in your life can cause something in somebody’s spirit
to be awakened and quickened and exercised, giving them
greater access to the realm of the spirit.
We need each other. Say,
"Amen!" We need one another! We need fellowship and
communion and community because we are exercising one another
sometimes without even realizing this – sharpening one another’s
skill, honing in on our senses.
I knew that was a one-time thing. I have
heard a dream or two since then, and I didn’t walk into the
dream. But it made me hungry. It made me think about
how helpful that would be to enter into someone’s
experiences in the spirit realm. It is the spirit
realm. We are going to come to
this place.
Did God add His emphasis to Pastor Shelley's
experience with lightnings from the Throne? He sure got our
attention!

Conference
(Rev. 19:10b) "The testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of
prophecy."
The conference was
powerful and full of revelation and impartation! The
Presence of the Lord was often very strong!
Incredible
prophecies were given concerning what the Lord was going to
do through the ministry there.
The speakers all sensed
that this was a very strategic conference affecting
personal, regional, national and global
realms!

Releasing the
Spirit of Prophecy (4 sessions) - Paul Keith
Davis
In four very revelatory
sessions, Paul Keith Davis spoke specifically on
the theme of "Releasing the
Spirit of Prophecy."
The Bride of Christ is coming
into a place of union with her Bridegroom to be able to speak into
existence what she receives in the secret place with Him.
This Spirit of prophecy is even higher than the office of
prophet.
It is the Lord
Himself speaking directly through His Bride, who is becoming more
like Him every day.
The Lord will use the Bride
to articulate the Seven Thunders. We are
transitioning from begging the Lord to proclaiming His will.
He wants us to reach up and pull down His thoughts and give
them a voice.
The manifest Presence of the
Lord will precede His Second Coming.
Bro. William Branham carried
the manifestation of the Spirit of Prophecy. God can
even put the Spirit of Prophecy on a little old lady
praying and someone can pick it up in the spirit and
activate it.
The close
fellowship within communities of believers will manifest the
testimony of Jesus as a witness to the world of the reality
of Jesus.
Prophetic
Positioning (3 sessions) - Randy
DeMain
Randy DeMain first spoke on
"Restoring Prophetic Unction and
Apostolic Function." We are in the generation of a prophetic
awakening forerunning the apostolic movement of the fathers.
We are going to give witness to God. We are to
have such a relationship with God that we speak and God backs up our
words. There is a Fire storm brewing over
us.
Next, he brought a powerful
word, "Prophetic
Proximity," about how to position ourselves for
prophetic encounters. This message was to help us know on
which of four levels of intimacy we are receiving
prophetic revelation and how to get into the highest
level. Prophetic voices speak from different proximity levels
which determine their accuracy and effectiveness.
In his third message, Randy
shared about "Recovering Ancient
Doorways, Gates, Pathways and Portals." The year 2008 is the Year of the Gate.
It is time to restore the Covenant gates because it involves our
inheritance. It is time to position
ourselves at the gates because the battle
is at the gate. Randy then went into detail about
the
spiritual significance of each gate of Jerusalem that was
restored at the time of Nehemiah. It is gate-awakening time –
spiritual gates, visions, dreams, financial, governmental,
etc.
The Acceptable
Year of the Lord's Favor and Grace - Pastor Steven

Pastor
Shelley preached on the theme that the Lord gave him for
this new season that we have stepped into -
"The Acceptable Year of the
Lord's Favor and Grace."
In the acceptable year of the
Lord we will experience suddenlies.
Acceptable means grace and favor. God is saying, "You have
been through the school of hard knocks. Now let Me
move through you with grace and favor as you yield to
Me."
Our posture must change. We
have to come into divine alignment with the promises of God so He
will activate them.
